MAN IS A HEART

Man isn’t money, things, career or social position.  As far as I know, he/she is a heart. Travel around the world and stop at every village, state, country or town and you will find that it’s the intangibles that people are thirsting for.

Love, acceptance, self confidence, praise and peace. Adam and Eve had no clothes. They had no BMW or fancy house with a big screen TV.

They had GOD’S GLORY. It was all they needed. It makes me shake my head in sorrow and sometimes in disgust when I see people running around like a fallen scarecrow, desperately trying to fill their lives with outside stimulus instead of STOPPING and THINKING..why am I doing what I am doing?  You have a brain. scarecrow

People grab and hold onto what is outside themselves instead of paying attention to what’s inside first. Inside there lives a power that cannot be destroyed.
It is the same power Adam and Eve had but lost, until Christ came into world.

You have a brain, but it’s from the heart that all issues of life flow.

“Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you DO flows from it.” Proverbs 4:23

The Tin Man in the Wizard of Oz had a heart, but he was paying so much attention to his outside circumstances (rust, old age, fear of crying and low self-esteem) that he couldn’t see his heart! tin-man.jpg

What is it your seeking? STOP avoiding your heart; its not there to hurt you.  THINK about the intangibles that are eluding you simply because you won’t look INSIDE.

I urge you today to take inventory and discover the real you, then be a brave lion and take ACTION!

“The righteous are as bold as a lion.”  Proverbs 28:1
