The climber could not see. Blinding snow had rendered his eyes useless. Hanging on the last icy cliff he looked up. His friend and fellow adventurer shouted in the wind, “OPEN YOUR HAND!” Both his hands were open but the one who held fast to the icy cliff froze in terror. Thoughts raced through the minds of the two men.

If he would only reach out his hand I can save him! 

What if he can’t hold me? What if I fall?

An open hand can gather the strength from another hand. What sort of help are you looking for? Is your hand open or clenched frozen in fear? Today reach out and ask for help of people you know; even those you don’t.
